in light of recent events the management of the breeding centre has fallen into my hands

i figured we had best get acquainted asap that being the case haha
and decide just what were doing here
i assume you are off gathering experience given your apparent relative newness
but i thought i ought to check in and see what youre up to
your name is in my employee files you know :o

this was a bit sudden so i am attempting to tidy up house and get all my duckletts in a row

As for me, I'm stepping into a trainer's shoes for now, yeah. Why, does the center need more hands?

well we could always use more hands
i am probably going to go on a hiring spree soon
especially in terms of i think we need someone to like
help get people to adopt pokemon in the foster home

but mostly i was just checking in because i want to see what everyone in the employee roster is up to
it appears one or two employees are no longer here
that sort of thing
and i guess familiarize myself with what everyone is actually doing in their positions
or lack thereof
we may need some restructuring

i did hire someone to be in charge of the celadon branch since we had basically no one there
which was bad

ive got eight employees on the goldenrod side
and you for whatever amount youd like to be involved in the centre (where are you actually)
(are you in johto or kanto)
and then me!
ive been at this breeding thing for a while now and am currently checking out the sets and updating what we have on hand and the like so at least thats perfectly fine

im basically just seeing where we stand and then making a plan of action and then addressing everyone as a whole
though it occurs to me i should ping riku since i think the bc and tc interact sometimes

I'd gladly invest my time into it, but I'll wait until I've got an idea of how everything should work. I'll let you know when I'm ready.

As for where, I'm at Johto. Going to be moving around for a while here to catch a variety. [...Though a part of him has this feeling he shouldn't be yet, with his crummy team. Oh well, that's what sparring with Talim will be for.]

Can we afford to move at least one other person over to Celadon? Having only one of us there sounds like an invitation for trouble.

that why im going to hire celadon based people
short of that im going to be travelling back and forth
which is no big since ive got the funds and the moves for it
honestly i have more money than i know what to do with
funneling it into this isnt an issue and the centre makes a fair amount anyway

im going to offer a raise to anyone who offers to go to celadon though
i already hired shirashi at above our standard minimum wage due to his being in charge there
and gave him a room
i figure it evens out

Sounds like plenty enough compensation for working all day with Pokemon to me.

Do you know anyone in particular there that'd be good for the job?

pretty much everyone at the centre is good at what they do honestly
its a nice place to work
saber was a good boss and i can only hope ill do half as well!
i think there are one or two people who might like to move
but well have to see what they say
if not i have faith i can acquire someone from hiring to help shiraishi
ill probably have him do some interviews too

I'm sure you'll do fine. That you're working so hard already says wonders on its own.

im planning for doing it after halloween

it is after all my first halloween
so im enjoying it as much as humanly possible before its done :)

im going to probably address everyone tomorrow or the day after
in the centre i mean
and ill have to do the general announcement along with it about being who to contact for centre things

I can help with that at the very least, then. If it has any relevance, Saber-san said I used to be the one who handled the center.
